Up at 6am this morning to do a bit of art before I begin helping my cousin adjust to her new home.  The movers spent yesterday moving her out of the home she has been in for the past 20 years, and into a senior community with less than half the square footage.  My energy, and that of my love Robert who is flying in this morning to also support Diane, will be focused on supporting her through the trauma she is experiencing with this huge move and transition.

Yet, a commitment to myself is still a commitment, and I’m up early to put energy into art, which this morning consists of ripping magazines for collage source material. Love dreaming about what I can create with all these intriguing images.
